Tingle Toes is a quest you can get from Elixa when your pet ladybug is sick. It was released on February 23, 2009. The quest has two steps, you will need twenty daisy petals and 12 ivy.

Gather 20 daisy petals and bring them to Elixa's Hospital in Neverberry Thicket.

Your first task is an ingredient collecting one! You are looking for Daisy Petals, if you don’t have 20 already. Once you get the required 20 Daisy Petals, return to Elixa and give them to her.

Elixa: "Very good!"
"While I pick out the best of these petals, will you gather some Ivy?"
Gather 12 ivy and bring them to Elixa's Hospital in Neverberry Thicket.

Another ingredient collecting task! This time you are searching for Ivy, if you don’t have 12 already. Once you get the required 12 Ivy, return to Elixa and give them to her.

Your Animal Friend gains 35 Health Points and is now healed! If your Animal Friend is not yet fully grown, it will also gain some Age Points.
