Storm-talent fairies are Never Fairies that create thunderstorms and can summon lightning bolts, as well as other types of storms presumably. Rumble needed Glimmer to summon a dangerous bolt that striked Rosetta and Chloe's runinng fairy cart, destroying it.[1] When Queen Clarion declared the winner, she said that the garden-talents won the Pixie Hollow Games. Glimmer didn't allowed Rumble to cheat, making him miserable and upset.
Appearing in Pixie Hollow Games, they have not yet been seen in the books or movies properly, which implies they could be rare.
