Leech is a troll that appears in Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure. Along with Grimsley, he guards a bridge on a lost island north of Never Land, they have been there for more than three hundred years.

Leech and Grimsley first appear when Tinker Bell reaches their bridge. They fight about who is going to give the warning, then call each other names. When Grimsley calls him a garden gnome he apologizes for taking it too far, then they start fighting again. Tinker Bell slipped away while they were still arguing.

Leech makes an appearance in the graphic novel The Art of Friendship. Leech is ruining Leo's paintings by adding flying trolls to them. It's later revealed that he just wanted to paint with the sparrow man but didn't know how to ask.
