The Hall of Winter is located somewhere in the Winter Woods. It is where Dewey, the Keeper of all Fairy knowledge lives.[1] It is guarded by his pet lynx, Fiona and was visited by Tinker Bell in Secret of the Wings. Her sister, Periwinkle, is also a frequent visitor and reader. Dewey also sends his books to the library found in the warm portion of Pixie Hollow, where Scribble is frequently found in.
The Hall of Winter acts as a library for Winter Fairies, where Dewey writes all books and keeps them in stacks of ice (when he's not sending them to the warmth of Pixie Hollow).
