Frost-talent fairies are Never Fairies that freeze every element of plant life, flora and vegetation (such as trees, flowers or grass).
Frost-talents conjure frost into all kinds of different shapes. They aren't limited to using just their hands to frost things, either, as Spike was seen frosting with the tip of her foot.[1]

Frost-talents can also make beautiful ice crystals with a mere touch. If you wake up one morning with frost on your window, it has been done by a frost-talent. In the third sequel, many frost-talents are seen in the Frosted Forest. Frost fairies can also create resistant icicles that usually and under normal circumstances, only sunbeams are able to melt.
