Flo is a nursing-talent Never Fairy.She cured Lily, a garden-talent from an accidental dusting of dangerous defective dust. She was quite frustrated when Lily made a snapdragon snap at her due to overpower of her talent. She was able to create an antidote to for the defective dust after Terence and Tinker Bell went to Torth Mountain to get some bark from the Never Bimbim Tree.
