| “ | Since time immemorial, fairies have celebrated the end of autumn with a revelry, and this particular autumn coincides with a blue harvest moon. A new scepter must be created to celebrate the occasion. | ” |
The Autumn Revelry is a festival that marks the end of autumn on the Mainland. Every eight years, the autumn revelry occurs on a Blue Harvest Moon. During these years, the fairies hold a ceremony where a specially-made scepter is used to catch the moon's light when it reaches the highest point in the sky and transform it into Blue Pixie dust.[1]

At the end of the ceremony, a parade is held as the fairies transport both the blue pixie dust- as well as the scepter- back to the Pixie Dust Tree. The creator of the scepter leads the way.
